outfit du jour: stay free

I spent all fall/winter/spring dreaming of summer clothes but now that I've gotten to wear them for two or three months, all I can think about are fall staples: my black riding boots (worn in today's post, that you'll see probably 3/4 of the week all fall and winter), sweaters, tunics, big hats. I've never worn my black boots with a summery outfit before so yesterday I decided to give it a try. I liked the look, but I would like them much better with jeans and long sweaters. Sadly, it probably won't be cool enough to wear them for another two months. Oh---and I thought I had close up photos of my pink-ish bracelet and sunglasses, but appearantly not.

On a brighter note, tomorrow is Thursdays are for Thrifters! I've already got my thrifted finds ready to go, so I hope you do too!

Like always, if you leave a comment or become a follower, I'll be glad to do the same for you as soon as I can.

  3. I think that necklace is amazing- I was surprised but then not surprised that it came from American Eagle! Recently I've discovered that I really like their jewlery- they're more sophisticated in that department than I would expect :)I may have already told you this and I'm sure you hear this often, but your hair is gorgeous! 23. Oh my goodness: hat! That hat. THAT hat! It's fabulous and you're really working it. I'm slowly but surely building a hat collection but I really need something like this to round it out. Now, whether I have the guts to wear it in public or not is another story...
