outfit du jour: sigh no more

Another Inspiration Monday at Two Birds. I really liked this week's outfit because it's something I'd probably wear already. Plus, I have been dying from a denim vest lately and this outfit gave me an excuse to cut the sleeves off an old denim jacket I never wore.

Vintage Dress: Thrifted, $3., Denim Vest: Refashioned from Jacket, Celebrity Pink, apx. $20., Belt: from another dress., Necklace: F21, $8. Sunglasses: F21, $5.

Details on this denim vest. I'd had the jacket forever and never wore it and have really been wanting a vest so I just cut the sleeves off.

Earrings: Carole, Inc., set of three for $4.

Bracelet: Charlotte Russe, $4.

Ring: Charlotte Russe, $4.

Ring: Urban Outfitters, $10.

Ring: Charlotte Russe, $4.

Bag: Charlotte Russe, $10.

Booties: Wet Seal, $15.

  3. This vest is awesome. Your outfit looks WAY to hot to be wearing this time of year, but I'll believe that it was bearable. As usual your hair looks fantastic.

  11. Great idea on the making a vest from the jacket. I may have to try that. How exactly did you cut it? It looks like it was always a vest.
