Outfit du Jour: Keep the Car Running

I'm switching today and tomorrow's 15 Ways to Wear Summer Clothes in Fall because it's supposed to rain tomorrow and I want to wear my galoshes. So, today's tip is to try wearing socks or tights with open-toed shoes. I paired navy blue tights with these floral and gold glitter Betsey Johnson heels.

    That blue suede clutch was a great find! I love really bright marine blue. A great statement piece.
    And I'm a sucker for owls so I'm very jealous of that cute little owl ring its just gorgeous.

    Thanks Augusta! I found this clutch at a thrift store last weekend. They had a maroon one too but I didn't buy it and now I'm starting to regret it. I'm really happy with the blue one though! And I love owls too! I have a couple vintage owl necklaces that I haven't gotten to wear in outfit posts yet, so I'm hoping I will get to soon!

    Becky-Let's go shopping! Haha, We're really lucky to have a Zappo's outlet nearby and I found those Betsey Johnson gold glitter heels for just $20. I'm always finding a great bargain there!

    I really like the owl ring that you have, it reminds me of a marc jacobs one that they did a while back. That's a really cool find. The Betsey Johnson heels were also a really good find they're fab!
