outfit du jour: skippin town

I'm going to have do the extra-quick version of this post today. So no accessory shots and all that. It's going to be a crazy week for me, so I'll do my best to get back to you on your comments, questions and subscriptions but if it takes me a little longer than normal, I'm sorry.

I saved this dress from some things my grandma was donating to Goodwill and I love it...unfortunately, now that I've seen the photos, I realize it's too big and still manages to cling in all the wrong places, to me anyhow. Oh well, at least I gave it a chance.

Vintage Dress: Secondhand, Gift., Shoes: Carlos Santana, $7., Vintage Clutch: Secondhand, Gift., Vintage Bracelets: Secondhand, Gift., Vintage Whistle Necklace: Secondhand, Gift.

  1. That's awesome that your dress is from your grandma. Too bad about the fit.

  7. Maybe you could have it taken in? The drape and color are really pretty on you. I have a pile of vintage I need to take in to get altered too.

As for the dress,I love the color on you and think it looks fabulous on you. However, I also understand sometime our own eye can be much more critical then a third party :)
I also love your shoes!!! Just fantastic..in fact I just love your overall vibe..so glam.
