Outfit du Jour: Better to Be

Today's going to have to be one of those "use your imagination" days because I just wasn't feeling like taking lots of pictures. I wore this secondhand oversized dress shirt with a black vest and red tank top underneath with jeans and my black suede boots. I was pretty happy with the outfit but not so happy with my hair. I decided to straighten it to see how long it would be (it was long) but it reminded me how much I prefer having wavey hair.

Jeans: Levi's, $35.

Red Tank Top: Secondhand, Gift.

Oversized Pink Shirt: Secondhand, Gift.

Black Vest: West Seal, apx. $15.

Earrings: Secondhand, Gift.

Black and Silver Heart Necklace: from Rugged Wearhouse, $4.

Silver Vintage Spoon Ring: Handmade, Gift.

Black and Silver Ring: Charlotte Russe, $4.

Vintage Black Bag: Thrifted, $3.

Black Suede Boots: Nine West, $100. I told you all a while back that once it got cold out these would be my go-to boots. I wear them constantly and honestly, I don't even feel bad about it. They're one of my favorite pairs of shoes ever. It took me forever to find great boots that fit, and now that I have these, two years later, I still can't get enough of them.

  4. Love the vest! <3

Good boots are just so great. I wear mine all the time. <3

I have curly hair - much to my joy. (It was straight from when I was 4 till I hit puberty, and I was always wishing for curly hair) I straightened it once, but I think there is a reason people with curly/wavy hair have curly/wavy hair - generally, I think it looks much better on them, then straight hair. ;-D
