Outfit du Jour: Blue Jean Baby

Ever since I decided to do my 15 Ways to Wear Summer Clothes in Fall series, I've been excited about today's tip-wearing denim. I love denim and layering jean shirts and jackets over everything from t-shirts to sweaters. Today I paired this denim shirt I thrifted in Nashville over one of my Pete Yorn t-shirts and paired it with a pair of Lucky jeans. I really like the look of two different shades of blue denim together. It just seems so casual to me. If the colors are too much alike, it can seem too intentional, but I this faded 3/4 length sleeve shirt, which is pretty loose on me, seemed just right with the dark wash on these jeans.
