Hope everybody had a good weekend! I'm joining in on Inspiration Monday at Two Birds again. I mainly took my inspiration from the flared pants covering the shoes and went from there, so this is kind of a loose interpretation of the inspiration look. I'm also going to link up to Visible Monday at Not Dead Yet because these pants definitely make me feel quite visible. I thrifted them earlier this year. They were paired with a dress made out of the exact same material, which I'm in love with. The dress comes pretty close to fitting...other than the fact that the bust is like 8 times too big and the rest of the dress is somewhat tight. But the pants...are a mess. I'm almost wondering if the dress/pants didn't belong to the same person...but maybe to a couple that really enjoyed matching. In other words, these might be men's pants. They definitely have some strange fit issues. But that's okay because they gave the silhouette I was hoping for in these photos. And just for that, I'm keeping them in my closet.
Don't forget to enter my Christmas Giveaway. Scroll down for more details.
Bag: Urban Outfitters, $48. (I've had this bag for a million years, believe me, I wasn't crazy enough to spend $48 on a bag anytime recently. Especially not one that doesn't exactly even close. Who designed this thing? Maybe that's why it was on "clearance.")
The Winner's going to receive this whole box of fun stuff that includes jewelry, candy, make up, nail polish, a pedicure set, eye mask, make up bag, and much more so be sure to enter by clicking HERE!
You are rocking those pants girl! They look fantastic on you! Great burst of color to see, it's so gray here today I love seeing color like that on someone!
That sounds like a classic case of 'men's pants'. Are there any buttons or zippers on it? You can always check that they go the 'wrong way' on men's stuff. Either way they are AWESOME.
i love these pants! regardless of who they used to belong to, they were made for you!
