Outfit du Jour: Last Day of Magic

Tonight I decided I wanted to mix black and navy blue. For most of my life, this has been a color combination I avoided at all costs---one I thought was only paired by mistake when people couldn't tell the difference or didn't have time to match socks---but recently, it's seemed like an amazing untapped color combination with limitless potential. I've even been mixing my blue pajama pants with my black pajama shirts and thinking "Why in the world was I so afraid to do this before?" If you wear it like you meant to, and not like it was an accident, it's easy to pull off. I'm hoping to find some more ways to wear black and navy blue together soon.

And of course I have to plug
my $35 gift certificate giveaway to CSN Stores. I'll be choosing a winner this Wednesday so enter soon! It's as easy as following Spunky Chateau and leaving a comment on the giveaway post.

  2. Hmm, slightly freaky. I just had this EXACT dialogue (in my head) this morning. I, too, am wearing black and blue right now!
